Understanding comes
before support.

Support begins with understanding the full context of a person’s experiences, strengths, environment, and goals.

Assessment and intake services are collaborative, individualized, and grounded in real-life functioning — helping identify practical next steps that feel meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with everyday life.

The assessment process may include:

  • conversations with caregivers or clients

  • records review

  • behavioral and developmental history

  • observation across settings

  • discussion of strengths, challenges, routines, and goals

Assessment is used to better understand the factors influencing daily functioning, emotional wellbeing, communication, relationships, and quality of life.

Recommendations are designed to feel realistic, supportive, and individualized — not one-size-fits-all.
